The warranty period starts on the date of acceptance. This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship in this product, and that Vr3 Mods will, at its option, repair the product under the warranty. This warranty is provided for the benefit of the original consumer and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to modifications performed by Vr3 Mods and does not extend to DIY kit purchases. VR3 MODS EXCLUDES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR INCIDENTAL OR  CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST. THEREFORE, THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

In the event any of the provisions of this warranty are found by statute or by applicable administrative or judicial entities to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contact Vr3 Mods directly if there are any questions of installation and difficulties with re-installing a completed modification.
2. Notify Vr3 Mods of any alleged defect promptly upon discovery.
4. Vr3 Mods will pay to and from shipping charges within the first thirty days. After the first thirty days has expired it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping to Vr3 Mods.
5. After the thirty day period is up, Vr3 Mods will pay return shipping (up to $15.00) on warranty related items until the end of the first year, at which point the customer will be responsible for to and from shipping charges.
5. When a modification meets the above criteria contact must be made with Vr3 Mods to notify of a possible warranty issue.

EXCLUSIONS
1. Altering or removing Vr3 Mods specific logos and badges will void this warranty. 
2. Vr3 Mods modifications are not marketed for installation in areas exposed to the elements (sun, wind, rain, etc.) and are not covered for defects that are attributable to this type of installation.
3. Part or structural failures that are the result of abnormal strain, negligence, misuse, improper installation or operation, or failure to contact Vr3 Mods with any difficulty. Abuse, modification, or accidental damage are not covered by this warranty.
4. Completed Modifications that have been, or have attempted to have been, repaired by anyone other than Vr3 Mods without the consent of Vr3 Mods.
5. Damages incurred through shipping will be handled by placing a claim with the shipper first.

10 Years Labor - Complete warranty repair services involving labor will be covered in full for the first three years. After three years, labor will only be covered for the first hour (per crossover), every hour there after will be an additional $35.00 per hour until completion.
60 Day Parts - This is applicable to new parts only. When warranty service is required on parts it is understood that the manufacture of the parts will be notified and an attempt will be made to rectify through the parts manufacture first. It is understood that this may delay normal warranty work.
